About Michael J. Snowden


Michael J. Snowden is the Worship Pastor at First Assembly of God Church in Topeka. Pursuing a call to ministry, he studied at Global University and became a credentialed minister with the General Council of the Assemblies of God in May of 2016. He has been on staff in different capacities at the church since January of 2014.

Around the Community

Active in the Topeka community, Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors for TDC Learning Centers (formerly Topeka Day Care), serving on several committees including: Internal Affairs, External Affairs, and Governance. For multiple years, he has served as a counselor at the Topeka Royal Family Kids Camp, a weeklong camp for children in the foster care system in partnership with Kids in Need, Inc. A supporter of the local arts, he is a season ticket holder at Ballet Midwest and the Topeka Symphony.


Michael enjoys music, reading, writing, traveling, and trying new recipes and restaurants. An avid soccer fan, he is a supporter and season ticket holder of Sporting Kansas City.
